AI driving license – understand, test and start using AI

AI driving license is for those who want to get started with AI – without the technical hassle.

You will receive a clear introduction to AI technology, useful tools and concrete examples from everyday life. We will go through common areas of use and show you how to use AI safely, responsibly and smartly, whether you want to work more structured, write better texts, plan your everyday life or solve tasks faster. Everything happens at your own pace, completely online, with support from our course leader along the way.

Course program – How to learn to use AI in everyday life and at work

This distance learning course combines clear theory, practical exercises and concrete examples from everyday life.The goal is for you to feel confident using AI to write better, make smarter decisions, create content and organize your digital life – both at home and at work.

Practical exercises and real-life examples

The course is divided into modules that contain video tutorials, reflection tasks and concrete exercises. You will explore step by step how different AI tools work and how they can be used directly in everyday life. During the course, you will work on writing, summarizing and planning using ChatGPT. You will create images and presentations with AI tools such as DALL·E, while learning to structure ideas and projects with AI as support.

You will also receive help to analyze information, improve texts and develop new ideas with the support of artificial intelligence. At the same time, you will reflect on how AI affects everyday life, your privacy and how you absorb information.


You will also learn what AI cannot do – and why you yourself must maintain control, judgment and source criticism.

Examination and certification

After each module, you complete a short assignment or exercise to demonstrate your understanding of the content. Once all modules have been passed, you will receive a personal certificate that demonstrates your basic knowledge of using AI safely and effectively.

The course concludes with an optional mini-project where you apply AI in an area that is relevant to you – e.g. work, studies or daily planning. You will receive support and feedback from the course leader along the way.

Purpose: Create a safe and basic understanding of what AI is.

Objective: The participant should understand basic AI concepts and know common areas of use.

Module 2: Different forms of AI

Purpose: Deepen knowledge of different types of AI systems and technologies.

Content:

Rule-based AI vs. self-improving AI

Generative AI, predictive AI and decision support

AI systems in smart homes, workplaces and services
Objective: The participant should be able to identify and describe different AI solutions in their environment.

Module 3: Applications in work and everyday life

Purpose: To concretize AI in practice.

Content:

Common AI tools for productivity, structure and automation

AI in administration, project management, HR, sales, teaching, etc.

Tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, DALL·E, Grammarly and others
Objective: The participant should be able to use at least one AI tool in their own work or everyday life.

Module 4: Text and language in AI

Purpose: Understand how AI handles text, language and communication.

Content:

What is NLP (Natural Language Processing)?
Examples: ChatGPT, language models, translation, email automation
Limitations and biases in language-based AI
Objective: Be able to use AI to create, process and improve text content.

Module 5: AI and data analysis

Purpose: Provide insight into how AI can be used to manage and interpret data.

Content:

Visualizations, report automation and data patterns
Tools such as Excel Copilot, Tableau AI, Google Looker
Objective: The participant should be able to use AI to extract business or operational insights from data.

Module 6: AI in digital communication channels

Purpose: Show how AI is used for marketing and communication.

Content:

Automated advertising, chatbots, email feeds

AI-based tools in social media (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Objective: The participant gains an understanding of how AI is used in modern communication and how it can be applied themselves.

Purpose: Increase awareness of responsibility, legislation and risks.

Content:

GDPR, AI Act (EU), personal data

Ethical dilemmas: bias, transparency, responsibility

Examples of good and bad AI use
Objective: The participant should know the risks, obligations and be able to use AI ethically and legally.

Module 8: AI and image generation

In this part, you will learn how AI can create images from text, ideas or existing material. You will try tools that make it possible to generate illustrations, photos and graphics – without having to be a designer. We will go through practical use cases such as presentations, marketing, social media and creative creation, and discuss the boundaries of what is real and what is AI-generated.

Module 9: Voice and Sound – AI in audio technology

In this part, you’ll explore how AI is used to create, interpret, and process sound. You’ll learn about voice assistants, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and AI-generated music. We’ll show you how audio-based AI tools can simplify everyday life, improve accessibility, and open up new creative possibilities—both at home and at work.

Module 10: Discover ChatGPT- Your new digital assistant

Purpose: Give the participant practical knowledge about how ChatGPT can function as a personal digital assistant to streamline work, studies and everyday tasks.

Content:

Introduction to ChatGPT and how it works

Effective ways to formulate questions and tasks for best results

Practical examples: text production, summaries, idea development and problem solving

Use in different areas: administration, customer service, learning and creative creation

Review of limitations, ethical aspects and how to review AI-generated content

Objective: The participant should be able to use ChatGPT in a structured and results-oriented way to save time, increase the quality of their work and create new opportunities in both professional and everyday life.

Purpose: Create understanding of how AI is rapidly changing and what is about to become possible.

Content:

Upcoming technologies: multimodal AI, edge AI, quantum computers and neural interfaces

The role of AI in education, healthcare, industry, creativity and decision-making

How AI affects working life, skill requirements and lifelong learning

Objective: The participant should be able to identify future AI trends and reflect on how these may affect their professional role, industry or everyday life.

Module 12: Hands-on and projects – Apply what you have learned

In this part, you will put your knowledge into practice through your own mini-projects and exercises. You will test concrete uses for AI in everyday life and work – from creating content and analyzing data to automating tasks. The aim is to strengthen your confidence in using AI tools independently and creatively.

Module 13: You have taken the first step into an AI-driven future

 

In the final part, we summarize your new knowledge and reflect on how AI can continue to support your life. You will get inspiration on how you can delve further, stay up to date and use AI in a conscious and responsible way. This part helps you transform curiosity into everyday benefit – and to take the next step in your AI journey.
